Our store is hosted on a locally managed platform to meet the specific needs of our users in Sri Lanka.

 SECTION 7 – SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time 

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 5 days after they are placed and fully paid. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 

Shipping Locations 

  • Currently, we ship plants only within Sri Lanka. 

Packaging 

  • We use customized packaging designed to protect your plants during transit and minimize potential damage. 

Shipping Rates 

  • Shipping rates are determined by our shipping provider and will be calculated during the checkout process. 

Unpacking Instructions 

  • When you receive your package, please take a small video while unpacking to document the condition of the plants and packaging.

  • If your plant arrives frozen, dead, or in a condition that does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. 
  • Please take clear photos of both the plant and the packaging (box). 
  • Send an email to support@tree.lk with the photos attached within 10 days of delivery.

 SECTION 8 – REFUND POLICY

10-Day Happiness Guarantee

With plants lovingly grown in our own nurseries, we take pride in delivering them with secure, customized, and sustainable packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. 

Live plants are delicate, and some factors, such as weather conditions and third-party shipping handlers, are beyond our control. That’s why we stand by our 10-Day Happiness Guarantee! If you’re not satisfied with the condition of your plant upon arrival, we’ll work to make it right. 

What is the 10-Day Happiness Guarantee? 

We guarantee that you’ll receive a healthy and happy plant from us! If your plant arrives dead, damaged, or otherwise not as expected, we’ll replace it within 10 days of delivery. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll work with you to find a similar alternative. 

 My plant arrived damaged; what should I do next? 

If your plant arrives in poor condition (e.g., frozen, dead, damaged leaves, etc.), follow these steps to help us resolve the issue: 

  1. Take clear photos of both the plant and the packaging (box). 
  2. Email us at support@tree.lk within 10 days of delivery with the photos attached. 

 My plant hasn’t arrived; what should I do? 

If your plant hasn’t arrived within 5 days of the expected delivery date, please do the following: 

  1. Check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. 
  2. Contact us at support@tree.lk to report the issue.
    • Note: If the issue is due to incorrect information provided during checkout, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement. 

 Can I get a refund? 

While we prioritize replacing your plant, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances. 

 Can I send my plant back? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept physical returns of any plants. However, we’re always happy to provide tips on how to revive damaged plants or advise on proper disposal methods. 

 What should I do with a damaged plant? 

If your plant is beyond recovery, we recommend composting or disposing of it through local green waste facilities to ensure eco-friendly disposal.

 SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS 

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control. 

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. 

We are not responsible for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, or any transactions made in connection with third-party websites. Please review the third-party’s policies and practices before engaging.
